HOW IT HAPPENEDSet 1The Lions had a fast start to the match and had a lead of 17-10, their largest of the set. The Aggies regrouped and came back with a five-point run of their own to tighten up the first set 17-15. After trading off points late in the set, the Aggies led 24-23. That was when
Summer Alford took matters into her own hands with two consecutive massive strikes that helped lift to the Lions as

Set 3Lions came out of the locker room jumping on the Aggies with a 5-0 start in the third set. Cameron however fought back to tie the set at six. This battled continued until a kill from
Bina Njikam looked to put the Lions in good position with a 24-23 lead. Unfortunately, kills from Jenna Gillean and Jordan Williams gave Cameron a one-point advantage. Following the kills, the Lions committed an attack error to end the set 26-24.
Set 4The Lions found themselves in a dogfight in the fourth set that had 11 ties and six lead changes. Alas, the Aggies won the set 25-22 after being led by Paige Dixon who had four kills in the fourth set. For the Lions,
