RICHARDSON – Texas A&M University-Commerce women's basketball guard Dyani Robinson has been named Lone Star Conference Offensive Player of the Week on Monday afternoon by the conference office.
 
Robinson (Langham Creek) totaled 37 points, 12 rebounds, nine rebounds, and three steals last weekend for the Lions, which included a win over No. 4 Lubbock Christian.
 
She scored 18 points and grabbed six rebounds against the Lady Chaps, while scoring 19 points as well as recording eight assists and three rebounds against Eastern New Mexico. She is fourth in the LSC with a scoring average of 16.1.
 
A&M-Commerce is top 10 in the country in free throws made (3rd), offensive rebounds per game (10th), rebounds per game (6th), scoring offense (8th), and their 13-1 record is seventh best.
 
UP NEXT
The Lions play three games this week. A&M-Commerce hosts UT Tyler on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m., heads to Western New Mexico on Thursday at 6:30 p.m., and welcome Midwestern State on Sunday at 2 p.m.
