Played in 33 games in his A&M-Commerce career... Completed 34-of-61 passes for 364 yards and 8 touchdowns... Also rushed 55 times for 115 yards and 13 touchdowns... Was a contributor to the Lions’ 2017 NCAA Division II National Championship.
 
2017: Played in 12 games as a senior... Had 16 completions for a career-high 196 yards... Also rushed 20 times for 67 yards and five touchdowns... Rushed for a touchdown in the team’s national semifinal playoff win against Harding (12/9)... Was part of the 2017 NCAA Division II National Championship team.

2016: Played in 10 games at quarterback as a junior… Finished the season with 28 rushing yards and four touchdowns on 18 rushes… Also completed nine passes for 101 yards and two touchdowns… Rushed for touchdowns against Delta State (9/10), A&M-Kingsville (9/24) and Tarleton State (11/12)… Threw a 48-yard touchdown pass against UT Permian Basin (11/5)… Threw and rushed for a touchdown in A&M-Commerce’s playoff win against Colorado Mesa (11/19).

2015: Played in 11 games at quarterback as a sophomore… Finished season with 20 rushing yards and four touchdowns on 17 attempts and 67 passing yards and seven touchdowns on 13 pass attempts… Scored a rushing touchdown against Eastern New Mexico (9/26)… Scored a rushing touchdown and threw for 41 yards and two touchdowns against Tarleton State (10/3)… Threw a touchdown pass against Angelo State (10/10) and West Texas A&M (10/17)… Rushed for a touchdown and threw for a touchdown against Midwestern State (10/24)… Rushed for a touchdown against Ferris State in the NCAA Playoffs (11/21).
 
2014: Redshirted after transferring from McMurry.
 
2013 at McMurry: Played in 11 games as a freshman… Completed 61.9 percent of his passes for 3,237 yards and 43 touchdowns… Rushed for 71 yards and two touchdowns… Threw for 423 yards and seven touchdowns against Oklahoma Panhandle State (9/28)… Threw for 412 yards with four touchdowns and a rushing touchdown against Texas A&M-Commerce (10/19).
 
Prior to Collegiate Career:  Second Team All-District selection … Also Academic All-District … Led team to a 10-2 record as a senior in 2012 and the third round of the playoffs … Earned team's Citizenship and Leadership Award … As a junior, team was 8-4 and reached the second round of the post-season … Also played basketball for the Sandies, earning All-District Honorable Mention accolades.
