East Texas A&M University Athletics

Finished her four-year A&M-Commerce career as the school record holder in eight different events ((Outdoor: 400m, 4x100m, 4x400m) (Indoor: 200m, 300m, 400m, 4x400m, long jump)... Was a six time All-America selection, an 11-time All-Region selection and a seven-time All-Conference selection, including the 2018 LSC Outdoor Female Track Athlete of the Year, the first athlete in program history to win that award... Competed in 57 meets in her career with 85 top-five finishes, including 20 first-place finishes.

2018 (Outdoor): First Team All-American in the 400m and 4x400m relay... USTFCCCA All-South Central Region in the 400m and the 4x400m relay... LSC Female Track Athlete of the Year... First Team All-LSC... Competed in nine meets in the sprints and the long jump... Placed first in the 4x400m and fourth in the 400m at the ASU David Noble Relays (4/8)... Placed first in the long jump with a career-best mark (5.72m) at the East Texas Invitational (4/14)... Also placed first in the 4x400m and the 400m at the same meet... Placed first in both the 400m and the 4x400m relay at the LSC Outdoor Championships (5/5)... Also placed fourth in the 4x100m relay at the same meet... Placed first in the 4x100m relay at the ACU Last Chance Meet (5/13), setting an A&M-Commerce record time... Placed sixth in the 400m at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships (5/26), breaking her own school record time... Also placed fifth in the 4x400m relay, helping break the school record.

2018 (Indoor): First Team All-American in the 400m and the 4x400m... USTFCCCA All-South Central Region in the 200m, 400m and 4x400m... First Team All-LSC... Gold Medalist in the 4x400m... Silver Medalist in the 200m and 400m...  Competed in seven meets in the sprint events with eight top-5 finishes... Placed third with a season-best time in the 300m (40.55) at the Crimson & Gold Invitational (12/9)... Also placed third in the 4x400m relay at the same meet... Set a season-best mark in the long jump (5.48m) at the Texas Tech Open (2/3)... Placed fourth in the 400m at the Gorilla Classic (2/10)... Finished third in the 4x400m relay at the Texas Tech Matador Qualifier (2/16)... Won the gold medal as part of the 4x400m relay team at the LSC Indoor Championships (2/24)... Won the silver medal in the 200m with an A&M-Commerce record time of 24.52 at the same meet... Also won silver medal in the 400m... Placed fifth in the 4x400m relay with an A&M-Commerce record time of 3.44.60 at the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships (3/10)... Also set the school record in the 400m (55.50), placing sixth... Was named an All-American in both the 400m and the 4x400m relay.

2017 (Outdoor): Named to the All-Region Team in the 400m and the 4x400m relay... First Team All-LSC in the 4x400m relay... Second Team All-LSC in the 400m... Competed in 10 meets in the sprints and long jump ... Placed sixth in the 400m at the TCU Invitational (3/17)... Finished sixth in the 400m and the 4x400m relay at the Bobby Lane Invitational (3/24)... Finished second in the 4x400m relay at the ASU David Noble Relays (4/8)... Finished first in the 4x400m relay, second in the long jump and fourth in the 400m at the East Texas Invitational (4/15)... Set a season-best jump of 5.53m at the Bobcat Twilight (4/21), placing fifth... Also finished second in the 4x400m relay and the 400m at the same meet... Set a career-best in the 100m at the Bobcat Classic (4/28), placing 10th... Part of the 4x400m relay team that finished first at the LSC Championships (5/6), posting an NCAA provisional mark... Also finished second with a season-best time of 55.89 in the 400m with an NCAA provisional mark at the same meet... Also had a season-best time of 25.60 in the 200m... Finished first in the 400m at both the MSSU Last Chance (5/12) and the Rumble in the Jungle Last Chance Qualifier (5/13).

2017 (Indoor): Named to the 2017 Division II All-Region Team... First Team All-LSC Selection in the 4x400m relay... Second Team All-LSC Selection in the 400m... Competed in six meets in the sprints and the long jump... Had nine top-five finishes on the year... In her first year running in the 300-meters, she posted an A&M-Commerce record time of 40.45 at the Crimson & Gold Invitational (12/10/16), finishing in fifth... Also finished in third in the long jump in the same meet, posting a season best jump of 5.55m, which set the school record... Also in her first attempt at the 60-meters, she posted a best time of 7.95 at the MSSU Southern Invitational (1/20)... Posted a season-best time of 57.23 in the 400-meters at the Gorilla Classic (2/10)... Set the A&M-Commerce record with a run of 25.10 in the 200-meters at the LSC Indoor Championships (2/18)... Was also part of the 4x400-meter relay team that placed first at the meet.

2016 (Outdoor): Competed in all eight meets for the Lions… Had 15 top-five finishes on the season… Had a season best long jump of 5.35m at the ASU David Noble Relays (4/9)… Finished first in the 400-meters, second in the 4x400 meter relay and third in the 4x100 meter relay at the same meet… Finished in second place in both the 400-meters and 4x400 meter relay at the Lone Star Conference Championships (5/5)… Also placed eighth in the long jump… Qualified for the NCAA Division II Championships (5/26) in both the 400-meters and 4x400 meter relay.
 
2016 (Indoor): Competed in all four meets on the season… Placed second in the 600-yard run at the MSSU Lion Invitational (2/5) with a time of 1:27.13… Finished fourth and set an indoor best of 56.27 in the 400-meters at the Gorilla Classic (2/12), breaking her own previous school record… Finished in second place in the 4x400 meter relay at the Lone Star Conference Championships (2/20)… Placed second in the 400-meters in the same  meet…Also placed eighth in the long jump with an indoor best jump of 5.42m.
 
2015 (Outdoor): Named to the All-Region Team in the 400m...Named to the LSC All-Conference Team... Qualified for the USATF Junior Championships in Eugene, Ore. for her strong performance in the 400-meter dash ... Appeared in nine meets for the Lions, competing in the 200 and 400-meters, the long jump, and the 4x100 and 4x400 meter relays ... Qualified to compete in the 400-meter dash at NCAA Nationals in Allendale, Michigan, where she finished 17th with a time of 56.96 ... Named an LSC All-Conference selection after winning a pair of silver medals at the LSC Championships in both the long jump (5.70m) and 400-meter dash (54.70), the latter of which set a new A&M-Commerce school record ... Named a USTFCCCA All-Region selection in the 400-meter dash ... Lead leg of the 4x400 meter relay team that broke the A&M-Commerce school record at the East Texas Invite with a time of 3:48.10, finishing second ... Set a personal best time of 24.61 in the 200-meters at the LSC Championships, finishing fifth.

2015 (Indoor): Competed in all four meets for the Lions ... Secured eight top-ten finishes in events spanning from the 400m, 4x400 meter relay, and the long jump ... Scored the top marks in the 200m, 400m and long jump on the A&M-Commerce team ... Set a season-high distance of 5.30m in the long jump at the MSSU Lion Open, finishing tenth ... Hit a provisional qualifier in the 400m at the LSC Championships with a time of 56.81, finishing fifth ... Part of the 4x400 Relay team that provisionally qualified with a 3:52.12 effort at the LSC Championships, placing third.

Prior to A&M-Commerce: Letter winner at Lewisville ... Named Team Captain and Team MVP in her senior year ... Set a personal best time in the 200-meter dash at 26.00
