2018 (Outdoor): Competed in four meets in the distance events... Placed fourth in the steeplechase at the ASU David Noble Relays (4/8)... Set season-bests in both the 800m (2:28.32) and the 1500m (5:02.94) at the East Texas Invitational (4/14)... Placed seventh in the steeplechase with a season-best time (12:02.08) at the LSC Outdoor Championships (5/5), while also placing 14th in the 1500m.

2018 (Indoor): Bronze Medalist in the Distance Medley Relay... Competed in four meets in the middle and long distances.... Finished eighth with a season-best time in the 3000m (11:11.41) at the Texas Tech Open (2/3)... Set a season-best time in the mile (5:24.29) at the Gorilla Classic (2/10)... Won the bronze medal as part of the distance medley relay team at the LSC Indoor Championships (2/24).

2017 (Cross Country): Competed in all six meets as a sophomore... Finished second at the East Texas Shootout 4K (9/8) with a time of 15:04.9... Finished 61st at the Chile Pepper Festival (9/30), running a 5K season best of 18:56.6... Finished in seventh place at the Lois Davis Invitational (10/21)... Finished 20th at the LSC Championships (10/21)... Placed 104th at the NCAA South Central Regional meet (11/4), setting a season best 6K time of 24:23.2.

2017 (Outdoor): Competed in seven meets in the long distances... Placed first in the 1500m and third in the steeplechase at the ASU David Noble Relays (4/8)... Placed third in the 1500m and eighth in the 800m with a season-best time of 2:30.40 at the East Texas Invitational (4/15)... Set a season-best time of 19:15.74 in the 5000m at the Bobcat Twilight (4/21)... Set a season-best time of 11:50.81 in the steeplechase at the LSC Outdoor Championships (5/6), finishing in seventh... Also finished 10th in the 1500m with a season-best time of 5:00.20 at the same meet.

2017 (Indoor): Competed in six meets in the middle distances... Ran in the 5000m at the Crimson & Gold Classic (12/10/16), finishing in ninth... Ran a season-best 10:56.90 at the Pittsburg State Invitational (1/28), finishing 14th... Set bests in the 800m (2:35.45) and the mile (5:25.49) at the Dunamis Sports Group College Classic I (2/9)... Her mile run set a new A&M-Commerce record for best mile... Competed in the Lone Star Conference Indoor Championships in the mile and the 3000m... Also competed on the Distance Medley Relay team that finished in sixth place.

2016 (Cross Country): Competed in five meets as a freshman… Set a best time of 19:18.8 in the 5K at the Chile Pepper Festival (10/1)… Placed fifth in the 5K at the Lois Davis Invitational (10/8)… Placed 32nd in the 6K at the LSC Championships (10/22)… Also competed in the NCAA Division II South Central Region Championships (11/5).

Prior to A&M-Commerce: Three-year letter winner in cross country and track and field at Kingwood… Placed third in state in the 2000-meter steeplechase with a time of 7:33… Third all-time in school history in the 2000-meter steeplechase… Part of the second fastest 4x1600 meter relay team in school history… Team placed third in state her junior year and fourth her senior year.
