Prior toA&M-Commerce: Played on the 5A DivisionI runnerup team as a senior at Fort Bend Hightower, where he rushedfor over 800 yards as a senior...ran for 191 yards against Pearlandin state quarterfinals game...a first team all-district honoreee asa senior...played in the Space City Classic, featuring many of thetop players in the Houston area...averaged seven yards a carry as ajunior en route to a 500-yard season...high school teammate of A.J.Highsmith, who will be playing at the University of Miami(Fla.).
