Played in 27 games in his A&M-Commerce career... Recorded seven interceptions and returned two for touchdowns... Made 100 tackles, including 75 unassisted tackles and 14 tackles for loss... 2017: Second Team All-American at cornerback (AFCA and D2Football.com)... First Team All-LSC... LSC Defensive Player of the Week (9/25)... Played in all 15 games as a senior... Co-led the team and was tied for second in the conference with three interceptions... Recorded 41 tackles, including 8.5 tackles for loss and a half sack... Recorded 10 passes defensed and had a forced fumble... Had two interceptions in the team’s win against A&M-Kingsville (9/23)... Had two tackles for loss and an interception in the team’s playoff win against Harding (12/9)... Forced a fumble and had a pass breakup in the National Championship game (12/16)... Was part of the 2017 NCAA Division II National Championship team.

2016: All-Conference Honorable Mention… Played in 12 games as a junior… Led the team and was tied for third in the LSC with four interceptions, returning two of them for touchdowns… Led the conference in interception return yards with 173… Was tied for second on the team with 59 tackles, third on the team with four pass breakups and tied for fourth with 5.5 tackles for loss… Forced two fumbles… Forced a fumble and returned an interception 54 yards for a touchdown against West Texas A&M (10/29)… Recorded an interception in three consecutive games, also grabbing an INT against both UT Permian Basin (11/5) and Tarleton State (11/12)… Forced a fumble and had a season-high 10 tackles in the Lions’ playoff win against Colorado Mesa (11/19)… Returned an interception 97 yards for a touchdown in the second round of the Division II playoffs against Grand Valley State (11/26).

2015: Sat out season as a redshirt… Played two years at Laney Community College before transferring to A&M-Commerce.
 
2014 at Laney: Played in nine games as a sophomore… Finished the season with 34 tackles and five interceptions… Recorded seven tackles and an interception against Sierra (9/19)… Recorded nine tackles, a half-sack and a pass breakup against Chabot (11/15).
 
2013 at Laney: Played in nine games as a freshman… Finished the season with 29 tackles, one sack and three interceptions… Recorded four tackles and an interception against Siskiyous (10/11)… Recorded four tackles and two interceptions against Reedley (11/9).
 
Personal: Graduated from McClymonds High School in Oakland, California.
