Greenville, Texas, Nov. 3 - The East Texas Normal College of Commerce defeated Wesley College in a football game here this afternoon by a score of 19 to 7. During the first half the Normals clearly outplayed the Methodists, but the contest was about evenly matched during the last two periods, each team scoring a touchdown and goal during this half. E.T.N.C. brought a band and 300 rooters on a special train, which arrived here shortly after dinner.

A big banner bore the legend: "We are here to clean Wesley's plow" and a large billy goat walking in front of the band was labeled "Wesley's goat."
