Dallas, Texas – A&M-Comemrce, the No. 3 seed in the NCAA Tournament's South Central Regional, will open tournament play with No. 6 seed Colorado Mines Thursday at 6 p.m. on the campus of Dallas Baptist, the No. 2 seed in the regional.
The Series - The Orediggers and Lions have only met one time previous, in the 2014 NCAA Tournament's Sweet Sixteen, with the game technically ending in a tie, but Colorado Mines advance on penalty kicks.

Anitra Wright, who is sitting out the 2015 season after suffering an injury last spring, scored the Lions goal ten minutes into the contest.
About the Lions- The Lions enter play at 13-5-2, including a 7-1-2 mark in Lone Star Conference action, which placed the Lions second in the league.
- The Lions claimed the Lone Star Conference Tournament Championship for the second straight season. A&M-Commerce opened the tournament with a 1-0 win over Texas Woman's before trumping West Texas 4-0 in the championship game. The 4-0 margin of victory was the largest margin in the championship final in tournament history.
