Commerce, Texas – The defending Lone Star Conference Champions have reported to campus and are set to open the 2015 preseason camp Thursday morning at 8 a.m. with the first of 19 practices and two scrimmages over the two-week period.
 
Fans can watch head coach Colby Carthel and players live on YouTube around 7:45 a.m. prior to Thursday morning opening practice.  The live show will also have new tailgating information and player interviews.
 
With the NCAA mandated five-day acclimation period the first two days of practices will be helmets only, practice days three, four and five will be shells and helmets with the day six the first day in full pads.
 
The team's only two scrimmages of the preseason camp will be on Saturday, August 22 at 10 a.m. and Thursday, August 27 at 10 a.m. – the final day of camp.
