FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – East Texas A&M University track and field runner
Anete Randma broke her school record in the 3,000 meter run once again on Friday as the Lions competed in their final indoor meet of the regular season at the Arkansas Qualifier in the Tyson Indoor Track Center.

The Lions now look ahead to the Southland Conference Indoor Championships, which begin on Wednesday in Birmingham, Alabama.
WOMEN
Qualifying for the 60 meter hurdles finals with a time of 8.65 seconds,
Amara Idinna (Viry-Châtillon, France) timed 9.01 seconds for eighth in the finals.
Randma (Tallinn, Estonia) broke her own school record in the 3,000 meter run once again, clocking in at 9:36.90 for sixth. She set the school record on February 6 in College Station.
In the 200 meter dash,
Niamh Le'Gall (Wallasey, England) took sixth with a time of 24.08 seconds.
Edith Martinez (Sulphur Springs) finished 10
th in the one mile run with a time of 5:28.40.
The 4x400 meter relay squad timed 3:48.93 for fifth in the final race of the meet.
Over in the field events,
Rivka Goede (Curacao) jumped 18-6 (5.64m) for 10
th in the long jump. Idinna cleared 5-6 (1.68m) for sixth in the high jump.
Peyton Berry (Argyle) once cleared 13-1.5 (4.00m), taking sixth in the meet.
Ella Patterson (Kingsbridge, England) had a mark of 39-10 (12.14m) for 10
th in the weight throw.
In the shot put,
Evelyn Cortes (Bogota, Columbia) threw 37-2.25 (11.33m) for 10
th in the shot put.
MEN
Myles Redding (Waco – University) clocked in at 47.23 seconds for ninth in the 400 meter dash.
Oguz Uyar (Cannakale, Turkey) had a time of 21.146 seconds for third in the 200 meter dash.
The Lion men closed out the action on the track with a time of 3:19.43 for sixth in the 4x400 meter relay.
Jeyden Coleman (Humble – Summer Creek) threw 44-8 (13.61m) for 10
th in the weight throw. He also had a mark of 48-10.25 (14.89m) for 10
th.
Joshua Kommer (Balingen, Germany) palced 10
th in the long jump with a mark of 20-3.5 (6.18m).
In the pole vault,
Parker Williams (Decatur) cleared 15-7.75 (4.77m) for eighth in the pole vault.
Joseph Rolland (Wills Point) had a mark of 47.75 (14.34m) for fifth in the triple jump.
