COLLEGE STATION – Another school record fell for the East Texas A&M University track and field team on Saturday to close out the Charlie Thomas Invitational at the Fasken Indoor Track and Field facility.

WOMEN
Anete Randma (Tallinn, Estonia) broke her own school record in the 3,000 meter run with a time of 9:47.81 for fifth.
Edith Martinez (Sulphur Springs) clocked in at 10:37.02 for 14
th.
In the final race of the day, the Lions' 4x400 meter relay clocked in at 3:53.13 for 16
th.
Peyton Berry (Argyle) increased her season-best mark to 13-1.5 (4.00m) for fourth in the pole vault.
Kira van den Ham (Bunnik, The Netherlands) took 12
th, clearing 12.1.5 (3.70m).
MEN
In the 3,000 meter run,
Yosef Abdulrazeq (Mansfield Legacy) ran a time of 8:38.54 for 14
th.
Jeremiah Garcia (Northwest Eaton) timed 4:16.23 for 18
th in the one mile run.
Myles Redding (Waco – University) had a time of 1:52.17 for 14
th in the 800 meter run.
The men's 4x400 meter relay team ended the day with an 11
th place finish, clocking in at 3:22.09.
Out in field events,
Collin Lusk (Fort Worth – Timber Creek) jumped 48-2.75 (14.70m) for 14
th in the triple jump. The men's heptathlon closed out on Saturday with
Jonas Gran (Riehen, Switzerland) finishing with 4,946 points for 12
th,
Joshua Kommer (Balingen, Germany) totaled 4,382 points for 14
th, and
Joshua Nate (Geneva School of Boerne) placed 15
th with 4,295 points.

The Lions take part in the Arkansas Qualifier on February 20 in Fayetteville, Arkansas, which is the final event of the indoor season prior to the conference championships.
