COMMERCE – The East Texas A&M University softball team unveiled its fall schedule for the 2027 season on Friday. 
 
The Lions play seven games at home inside the John Cain Family Softball Complex during the fall and cap it off with a trip to Oklahoma on November 4. All games this fall will be 10-inning games under the leadership of first-year coach Rodney DeLong. 
 
 The fall season starts on September 30 against North Central Central Texas College in Commerce, followed by a game against Northeast Texas Community College on October 8. The Lions then host Paris Junior College on October 13 and welcome Murray State College on October 20. 

The home portion of the fall schedule closes out against Eastern Oklahoma State on October 26, McLennan Community College on October 29, and Trinity Valley Community College on November 2. The final game of the fall comes on October 4 at Oklahoma. 
 
The spring 2027 schedule will be released later this fall.
