Prior to A&M-Commerce: A three-sport, two-yearletterwinner at Sulphur Springs High School...qualified for theregional cross country meet as a junior and as a senior afterleading Sulphur Springs to back-to-back district titles...named theteam MVP as a senior on both the cross country and track and fieldteams...in addition to participating in cross country and in trackand field, he also played two years as the goalkeeper on the soccerteam...served as the team captain as a senior.
