2008 (Cross Country): Named to the Lone StarConference All-Academic Team for his academic and athleticefforts...led A&M-Commerce to a No. 5 ranking in the finalUSTFCCCA South Central Regional Poll, fifth place finish at theNCAA South Central Regional meet and third place honors at the LoneStar Conference Championships...57th at the NCAA Championships andeighth among individuals...qualified for the NCAA Championshipswith a fifth-place finish at the NCAA South CentralRegional...earned his second-straight all-Lone Star Conferencehonor with a fourth-place overall finish...his second-place finishat the UIW Cardinal Invitational led A&M-Commerce to the teamtitle...en route to being named the LSC Men's Runner of the Week,he finished 13th at the Brooks Memphis Twilight.

2008 (Track & Field): Won the 5,000-meter run at theDavid Noble Relays...fourth at the Tarleton State Relays in the5,000-meter run...fifth at the Lone Star Conference Championshipsin the 5,000-meter run and at the Mean Green Twilight.

2007 (Cross Country): Team earned USTFCCCA All-AcademicTeam recognition for their efforts in the classroom...selected asthe Most Outstanding Student-Athlete for the men's cross countryteam at the athletic department's end-of-year banquet...13th at theNCAA South Central Regional...earned all-Lone Star Conferencehonors with a ninth-place finish at Eddie Moore Park inCommerce...finished 21st among collegiate runners and 28th overallat the Brooks Memphis Twilight...for his efforts at the BrooksMemphis XC Twilight, he was named as the LSC Men's Cross CountryRunner of the Week.

Prior to A&M-Commerce: At Oklahoma Baptist,he was an all-region and all-conference cross country performer in2006...member of the cross country team advanced to the NAIAnational championships, where they placed fourth and as anindividual, he placed 55th...a national qualifier in the5,000-meter run for the NAIA indoor track and field championshipsin 2007...set the Paris High School record in the 1,600-meter and3,200-meter run, where he was a two-time state qualifier in crosscountry and track and field...finished sixth in the state in the3,200-meter run as a senior.
