2008 (Cross Country): Received all-Lone StarConference recognition, following an eighth-place finish at the LSCChampionships…named to the Lone Star Conference All-AcademicTeam for his academic and athletic efforts…third at the UIWCardinal Invitational as the Lions’ won the teamtitle…earned all-region honors with a 13th-place finish atthe NCAA South Central Regional as A&M-Commerce finished fifthas a team…third among his A&M-Commerce teammates and59th overall at the Cowboy Jamboree.

2008 (Track & Field): Just missed qualifying for theNCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a career-bestperformance in the 1,500-meter run en route to an eighth-placefinish at the 2008 Bobby Lane Invitational…sixth in the1,500-meter run at the LSC Championships…won the 1,500-meterrun at the Mean Green Twilight and the David NobleRelays…sixth in the 5,000-meter run at the Tarleton StateRelays.

2007 (Cross Country): Third among his A&M-Commerceteammates as the Lions finished fourth at the LSCChampionships…72nd at the NCAA South Central Regionalmeet…ninth at the UCO Land Run…46th at the TexasA&M Invitational…team named to the USTFCCCA All-AcademicTeam.

2007 (Track & Field): Won the 1,500-meter run andthird leg of the sixth-place 4x400-meter relay at the McMurryRelays…second in the 1,500-meter run at the Tarleton StateInvitational…fifth in the 1,500-meter run and 13th in the800-meter run at the LSC Championships…third in the1,500-meter run at the TCU Invitational… fifth in the1,500-meter run and eighth in the 5,000-meter run at the TrinityInvitational…eighth in the 3,000-meter run at the BoathouseSports North Texas Classic…13th in the 1,500-meter run atthe Dr. Pepper Invitational

2006 (Cross Country): Third among hisA&M-Commerce teammates in final four meets of the season at theLSC Championships, the Missouri Southern State Stampede, the CowboyJamboree and the Brooks Memphis XC Twilight…37th at the LSCChampionships…fourth among his A&M-Commerce teammatesand 57th overall in his collegiate debut at the UT TylerInvitational.

Prior to A&M-Commerce: A four-yearletterwinner in track and field and two-year letterwinner in crosscountry at Sachse High School...a two-time all-district and teamMVP selection in cross country...as a junior, he was the districtchampion in cross country and in the 1,600 and 3,200-meterrun...named team MVP as a junior in track and field...served asteam captain during his senior year.
