2011: Started all 10 games at wide receiver for A&M-Commerce, earning Lone Star Conference honorable mention honors ... Lone Star Conference Academic Player of the  Year ... First team Capital One Academic All-American ... A&M-Commerce Dr. Jesse Hawthorne Male Athlete of the Year Award co-winner ... Finishes his career with 125 receptions, ranking fourth all-time on the Lion receiving list, for 1,549 yards and six touchdowns ... Caught 58 passes on the year, tying Victor Bennett (2004) for the single-season record in Lion football history ...  Compiled 561 yards on the season with a pair of touchdowns ... Ranked third in the Lone Star Conference in receptions per game (5.8) and 10th in receiving yards per game (56.1) ... 2009: Led the team with 491 yards receiving and four touchdowns ... Had 19 punt returns for 91 yards to lead the Lions ... Second on the team with 591 all-purpose yards ... Caught two touchdown passes, including the game winner with two seconds to go to defeat Central Oklahoma (Sept. 26) ... Finished with three receptions for 58 yards against the Bronchos ... Made three catches for 63 yards, including a 47-yard touchdown reception in the win over Southwest Oklahoma State (Oct. 31) ... 2008:
Blocked a team-high four kicks, including two at Northeastern State (Oct. 4) en route to LSC North Division Special Teams Player of the Week honors ... Completed a 20-yard pass for a touchdown and hauled in four receptions for a season-high 54 yards against Southwest Oklahoma State (Nov. 8).

A three-year starter and three-time all-district selection at Keller Central High School, where he had 161 catches for 2,503 yards and 14 touchdowns ...
