ACCRA, Ghana – Texas A&M University-Commerce track & field sprinter
Ibrahim Fuseini finished fourth in the 200 meter dash at The African Games on Friday.
Fuseini, who is competing in the 2023 African Games in his hometown of Accra, Ghana, timed 20.85 seconds in the finals, going into a wind of 2.8 meters per second, for fourth.
Nigeria's Ekanem Consider took third with 20.80 seconds, while Ghana's Joseph Amoah timed 20.70 seconds to win the gold medal.
Fuseini returns to the US to resume the outdoor track & field season with the Lions next week.
