FRISCO – East Texas A&M University men's golfer Daniel Ferguson continues his record setting week by being named the Southland Conference Men's Golfer of the Week on Thursday afternoon.
 
Ferguson (Duncanville) guided the Lions to a team win this week at the LaTour Intercollegiate, while also winning the individual medal. He is the first individual medalist for the Lions in four years as well as helping the Lions go back-to-back at a tournament in seven years.
 
This is the first Golfer of the Week award for the Lions this season.
