2016: Second Team All-Conference… Helped block for the No. 1 scoring offense in the conference and the No. 1 passing offense in the conference… Part of the line that allowed the fewest sacks in the conference.

2015: Played in 11 games at offensive lineman as a junior.
 
2014 at Baylor: Played all 13 games as a sophomore on special teams and reserve offensive lineman… Selected to spring 2014 Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll.
 
2013 at Baylor: Played all 13 games as a redshirt freshman on special teams… Named First-Team 2013 Academic All-Big 12.
 
2012 at Baylor: Sat out first season at Baylor and participated on practice squad.
 
Prior to Collegiate Career: Practiced football in native England with club team Sussex Thunder... Played club football in Helsinki, Finland for the Helsinki Wolverines in 2009... Played on both offensive and defensive lines for Helsinki, finished season second in league in sacks... Exposed to American football in 2007, a year following sixth form (high school), when began training informally with local teams... Has played basketball (for Woodhouse College, his sixth form team) and rugby in addition to boxing and various martial arts.
 
Personal: Born February 5, 1987… Son of Henry Achaempong and Eleanor Osei-Minkah… Graduated from Woodhouse College in London… Has a yellow belt in Judo.
