2008-09: NamedLone Star Conference North Division Freshman of the Year...playedin all 28 games, averaging 25.1 minutes, 9.4 points, 1.9 rebounds,1.7 assists and 1.1 steals per game...made 40% of his 3-point fieldgoal attempts...56 of his 84 field goals made were threepointers...led team with 56 3-point field goals and second on theteam with 144 attempts...scored in double figures on 12 occasionsincluding a a career-high 23 against East Central (Feb. 18, 2009),where he made seven 3 pointers....recorded double figures infour-consecutive games...averaged 11 points a game against LSCNorth Division opponents and 9.8 points in games where he came offthe bench. 

Prior toA&M-Commerce: Selected to the Texas Association ofBasketball Coaches Class 4A all-state team as a senior at ShermanHigh School...first all-state performer from Sherman HS since1953...ranked No. 32 in the state of Texas by Texashoops.com,making him one of the highest ranked players the Lions have signedout of high school...named all-Texomaland Player of the Year,District 5-4A Co-MVP and Sherman High School MVP in 2007...posted aseason-high 35 points against Denison High School...top three-pointshooter in 4A and the second-leading scorer in the Dallas/Ft. Worthmetroplex in 2006-07...averaged 20 points and 2.5 points per gamein high school career...played for Dallas Mustangs in 2006-07,Dallas Hoop Dreams in 2005-06 and Texas Blue Chips from 2003-05,which are all AAU teams.
