2005: Saw action in five games in the secondary for the Lions, where he made 12 tackles, recorded two pass break-ups, an interception and a fumble recovery...recorded his first interception, picking off Damian Melancon of Southern Arkansas (Aug. 27) early in the fourth quarter...finished second on the team with six tackles - two solo, four assists - in the 27-25 win over Midwestern State (Sept. 10).

2004: Tallied 29 tackles, including 20 solos and nine assists as a junior in seven games of action, including four starts...made a career-high nine tackles against Southern Arkansas (Aug. 26)...recovered a pair of fumbles against Tartleton State (Sept. 4)...made two tackles, including a quarterback sack and forced a fumble against Abilene Christian (Oct. 23) forced two fumbles in the recorded five solo tackles and two pass breakups against Angelo State (Oct. 30)...earned All-American honors in track and field as the anchor leg of the Lions' 4x100-meter relay team.

2003: Saw action in all 11 games and made seven starts in his initial season...totaled 27 tackles with 12 solos and 15 assists...finished second on the team with six pass breakups...recorded a solo tackle versus Southern Arkansas (Sept. 13)...had a solo and assisted on two tackles against Eastern New Mexico (Oct. 25) ...forced a fumble and had four tackles against Angelo State (Nov. 8).

Prior to A&M-Commerce: A third-team All-State selection...coached by Allen Wilson...a two-time, first team All-District 10-5A performer...recognized as an Area Top 100 recruit with 12 interceptions including six as a junior and six more as a senior.
